Text of Complaint by Srishti Kashyap:

My name is srishti kashyap.I have ordered One Fire Boltt beast 1.69 on 10.11.2021 through Amazon While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] on After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from my me through Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10
to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
