I Mr. Dilpreet Nirmaljeet Athwal have been using Vodafone IN no. +91-9167342299 for past approximately 5 to 6 years. On 13/02/2019 I had recharged for Rs. 199/- for 28 days free service of calling, SMS & data usage. But today itself on 23/02/2019 at 04:53 am I received a SMS from Vodafone IN that my data usage will expire on 25/02/2019 at 23:59:59 so to recharge soon, as I had recharged on 13/02/2019 so my used days will be only 13 days instead of 28 days, it is very annoying and disturbing from the Vodafone IN that they treat so badly their customer. I have a 4G handset and 4G SIM Card inserted in SIM Slot 1 but then also I don’t get 4G Volte logo on my network provider instead of this I get E or H which causes a lots of problem while calling or using internet service. What is the use of me using a 4G handset and 4G SIM Card when I don’t get good service from Vodafone IN.
Prompt action taken in the above matter will be highly appreciated.
