My Videocon d2h stopped working because of software update. Software download showing ‘table timeout’ error every time technician tries to reset Set top box. 2 technicians came but for no avail, every time they take visiting charges.(200+200) I want my problem to be solved and possible refund of previous visiting charges. Videocon customer case is very unprofessional and misleading.
