On 8 october 2023 i made a payment through tneb/tangedco portal using upi. The payment was succesful. However the payment was not made to TNEB as intended and my account with TNEB was not credited. Complaints to ICICI Mer Services made twice but on both occassions received reply that beneficiary bank confirmed credit. But it looks like beneficiary was ICICI Merchant Services instead of TNEB. Icici refuses to suppirt beyond this.
