On 2nd feburary 2019 i had recharged my mobile number 9818523597 with Rs 998 unlimited plan in which i have been given unlimited calls for 336 days and 12gb data & 100 sms given every 28 days. But later company changed their plan and give 12 gb data only for whole 336 days and they applied the same on my number, which is wrong because when i recharged my number the plan is different and i also received the text messages from the company itself in which it is clearly mentioned that the 12gb data will be provided every 28 days.
It’s very disappointing that such tricks are played by such a big and reputed company and i had never expected such thing from the company. I have been a loyal customer of the company for more than 15 years and i expect the same loyality from the company also by providing me the 12gb data every 28 days and if they don’t provide me a reasonable solution it will be very disappointing and disheartening.
