I have ordered infinix Tv on 7th September, Delivery was done on 8th September and was scheduled for installation on 9th September. Today is 10h September, it is still not installed. The technician named Prajwal Gowda, Ph No: 99007 02654 is not responding to calls, rejecting calls and updating in Flipkart system that the customer is not responding. I need the TV to be installed ASAP, Otherwise I will have to file an FIR along with Consumer Forum complain. Please look into this ASAP.
