I bought this ticket on 27/12/2022 because my father passed away I couldn’t attend my father funeral. Now I can see on my trip apps that they already received refund from the airlines on 04/01/2023 it should be taken no more than 6 days it’s said that on the apps but when I contacted them they always escalating, call back on 24h,48h,or 72h or payroll, supervisor etc and suddenly disconnect the telephone. I try with chat will be the same wait. It’s been nearly a year.
