i had the following booking with this company.. on 5/22/2023 my connection flight got canceled by the airline and because the other option was not good for me i had to request the refund, this was after i confirmed with both mytrrip and the airline that i am entitled to refund. Based on my bookings status on my trip website, they received the refund from the airline since 6/1/2023, but i didn’t receive anything yet however every time i call or chat with them, they are lying saying the airline didn’t pay them and when i show them what the website says they are changing their mind and tell me is due to covid, weather, computer issues and who know what other stupid excuses.
