MyTrip.com announced that my flight to Lisbon was cancelled by TAP Portugal. I have payed 1.033,20 € for 4 return tickets. They offered me to charge me $40 fee for their assistance in getting my money back, and when it came through I got only 280,02 € back, so they still owe me 713,18 €.
I tried to resolve this issue for months, I have contacted them via e-mail and via chat and they told me that this should be resolved by their internal team. It’s been already 5 months now and I’m not getting my money back even though they confirmed me that they got the money back from TAP Portugal. This is fraud and I don’t know how to get my hardly earned money back.
