1. Booking confirmed for AirIndia Express ticket for my son Mr. Bilal Abdussamed through Flightnetwork, travelling from CNN to Doha, Qatar (PNR FBS90O), on 05/06/2023.
2. I have entered AirIndia Express site using above PNR and tried to find out availability of flight and Fare of 27.05.2023 without paying difference amount or confirming date (not completed process).
3. On the day of travel, checked from Flightnetwork and confirmed the date of travel is 05.06.2023, after chat with online assistance. Meanwhile, in Air India Express system shows no data and the ticket was confirm to travel on 27.05.2023, without any payment of extra charge.
4. My son compelled to take a new ticket to travel to Doha by AirIndia Express.
