Respected sir,
It is to inform that i am an idea customer since 2006 with a post paid connection ( 9207771177 ) .As the connection was safe custody plan, i got uninterrupted service till march 2020. Presently i am stuck up in Dubai to Covid-19 pandamic lock down and couldn’t pay the bill amount which is 170/ month. It is disheartening to state that service is disconnected permanently without any prior intimation. Keeping the prevailing situation it is requested to reinstate the connection with roaming facility.
