My tatasky connectivity has been down for the last 55 days. Inspite of numerous emails to help@tatasky.com, there has been no respite from my connectivity. Even my cancellation of subscription request is not attended

Text of Complaint by Balachandar:

I am having subscriber id 1007255563.

I am a subscriber for the last 13 years having two connections at home.

I am having connectivity issues since 20th October. I have raised numerous complaints through calls and emails. I am assured of full help and regret has been expressed to me for the inconvenience. Beyond this, nothing has happened to solve my problems. The technicians never keep their appointments. They are trying to fleece by asking for money  if they have to come.
