It is with deep stress and agony that I am submitting this complaint I paid Rs. 2450 for tata sky installation to Minjur, Tamil nadu, Tiruvallur district…. Ranjith 09551148707. 31st of May was the installation and no signal, no view… I had complained to them. Till date no response. I called up the service help line. The mechanic, called up spoke arrogantly and demand ed money. Refused to come throwing the blame on the dealer. Till date there is no responsible reply from either end. It is a shame for an organization to function like this. It is breach of trust, deficiency in service and a very poor personnel behaviour. Absolutely arrogant and irresponsible towards the customer. You have caused mental agony to the customer. Refund the amount and call if the installation. I am a professor, I shall deal with it legally if not responded
