Dear Sir/Madam, i have tata sky connection more then 12 years, my ID is 1000206522, I have submitted a complaint 8 days ago for visit of technician to check & solve problem, but aftr promising solution within 24 hours my complaint still not attended after 8 days. Two times technician called but he deny to come both time .

Tata sky offers services with advertisement ” agar appka phone lag gaya to connection bhi lag jaega” but after many follow up by call and Twitter no service provided to us. Our recharge also lapses due to it,
