We have been a TataSky customer for many years. Recently, we had travelled to Europe for around 10 days for summer vacation. During this time we missed to recharge my account and it became deactivated. On returning back, we recharged it for Rs 3,000. However, the account has been black-listed due to some reason and is not getting reactivated for more than a week.
 
I would have called TataSky customer support atleast 20 times and have given up. However, it has not been reactivated and still says it is blacklisted. Customer Support personnel are also clueless as to why it is black listed and are not able to do anything. The only thing that they are doing is to ask for more time.
 
Customer Complaint # is 1J7XEDUI.
 
Please resolve this issue. Otherwise, I am looking at moving to another dish service provider.
