My tata sky service was not receiving signal. Upon registering this issue with your care, a technician was arranged. Since there was some issue in reception of signal, he suggested to shift it bit upward. I had spare wire so I provided him that from my side. Since there was no disclosure of charge being made for 300rs. The technician billed it over my set top box without “any billing and prior information” and my balance got negative. Upon registering it as a complaint to your customer care, they didn’t provided any help and closed the case claiming one sided from their side.
Catching signal is your responsibility in service and not mine, its your call where to shift it to get the signals. Billing over it is your part of job, completely. Not a damage that I’m bearing. I want refund of it in my account. I’ve already faced disconnection for more than 3days of this blunder.
Is this the service Tata sky has the motive for? If this is it, certainly I’ve mistook it getting over my roof.
