- I have a Tatasky connection for about 10 years. I always take annual subscription. This year also I had paid for an annual subscription.
- In the month of June, I asked for a change in my remote of tatasky.
- The person who came to change the remote offered me a free one month binge pack. Saying that if I wish, I could continue it. Within one week, I asked him to take back the plug as that had a crack. I also told him that I did not want that binge. He said that he would come. But he never turned back.
- In the third week of August , I came to know that my annual subscription has been exhosed.
- I filed a complaint. I was offered two days of service of tatasky saying that my complaint will be resolved.
- I got a call from your executive telling that I will have to recharge as it is all my mistake.
- I have intended to shift to Airtel. But thought to make a last call to you asking to put the things correct.
- The while episode has caused me grave mental tension for no fault of mine.
- My subscription was also fraudulently used by your system.
Pl do the needful and reimburse my amount as I have never seen binge excluding 2 or 3 days near it’s installation.
