My id no is 1342545520.I have get the new Tata sky dth connection on September 2019 and recharge one year package amount of 2098.00 also. Recharge due is has been expired September 20th 2020.But amount is not in 0 it shown to -2800.34.images attached for your kind reference.i have raise the complient on concern numbers.But they are said pls asking to nearest dealer. I have abset.nobody response for me. My Tata sky dth not used fron before two weeks due to minus amount errors in Tata sky.how can solve this problem.i don’t know .pls help us to solving the problems.
