Due to update KYC, SC bank has blocked my account and credit card last week on June-2023 month then I have visited the branch and provide all required document for complete KYC in SC bank in July 1st week only and Bank asked to me it will be unlock my account and credit card in 7 days but now more than 30 days still its block and couple of times visited branch for the same but no positive response from Standard charted bank. Kindly look in to this issue.
