Dear sir
With reference to above complaint, my mobile no for Airtel service is 9163658879.
I got upgraded my sim from 2g to 4g as per advise by Airtel but now my SMS service is not working.
I try to call their helpline no 121 and 198, even mail them at 121@airtel.com but no reply have been received.
As a result I am unable to use my various apps for activation, which has resulted in time loss, mental distubance and work not done. Kindly correct your sms service which I want to lodge my complaint
