Text of Complaint by Ravindra Sharma:

My name is Ravindra Sharma .I have ordered One Fire Boltt BSW106 on 07/06/2023 through Myntra app and the product was delivered on 12/06/2023 While receiving the product was in working condition.But after 15 days of use it stopped charging working, .I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] on 07/07/2023 After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, but they have not picked the product yet also I was told that it may again take around 7 to 10 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 7 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
