My name is Yogesh Patil.I have ordered One Fire Boltt SPO2 on 27.06.2022 through Flipkart and the product was delivered on 29.06.2022. While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 26 th July 2022 After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from my me on 17 August through Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 7
to 10 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative. ?
