My self Chandrashekar r katta , one mistake of cash transaction is effected my life to s@uicide . I am suffering from such type of fraud play store loans app, We all families are too much fursted.
I had taken a small loan from play store loan app which is registered in Google play Store and it’s ratting is 4.3. This app also provide short term loan for 300 days. In due date I got message on WhatsApp for payment. I go through app for payment this is not done status is fail. I sent the screenshot to said member they told some server issue. I sent two link of rs 6000/- you pay through. I paid as per instruction. Only rs 1000/- was remaining. They told me after successful payment i will sent link for rs 1000/-,but they no reply after payment was done. I had written an email to mention a helpline in app too many times that send the link of the remaining amount of rs 1000/- and update it in app but there is no response. After 6 days that person again WhatsApp and call from different no. for payment of Rs18000/- again. I told him I paid it and also sent an email regarding the concern ,but they are threatening me and share all the contacts which are stored in my mobile.
This is a small example but there are internal link each loan app. Total my brother lost a total of rs 380000 only in this all play store and all loans apps till date . 22 feb 2022.
I don’t know how they get all the contacts. They are abusing me very badly. And also to my contacts. Kindly take strong legal action against these types of companies.
My request to the consumer complaint court. Please take action against fraud online loan apps. High interest in very bad customer service. Harassment and sending very bad to contacts n sharing photos with bad messages.

Like this 1000 fake app available in play Store. Lacs of people suffer daily. Many people committing s@uicide. Please check and take very serious action. (hacked complete mobile apps & personal details )
Police have their own valid point cash transaction not a crime , my mistake I am the idiot do 100 percent believe in a friend circle .
We take a loan of 4 lacs from tata capital & some cash from my family , but my big mistake is that we withdraw cash from the bank and give it to my friends.
Today I visited all 4 nos police stations to log a complaint but no one took my complaint.
1. Titwala police station only note my as a NCR (They are abusing me very bad)
2. VP road police station did not accept my complaint . (DUE to my charni road office is not in there judications area)
3. D B Marg police station’s senior inspector said the cash related complaint was not taken . ( cash transaction is not log as compliant )
4. DM Marg south cybercrime only take more than 10 lacs above money transaction compliant not below that . ( play store app loan not a crime they told me, all loans have their own policy . we are not responsible for online app loan deal)
till date we paid 1050000.
The common man has nothing to do like me . My small mistake is getting my family surffering from such fursted .
