Sir,
I am using a airtel network post paid connection last 6 years. Last four days my network is not working. I contacted customer care they said some trouble shouting after that also it’s not working. I visited ailrtel store they said you sim has damaged you need buy duplicate sim. 05.10.2018 again I visited airtel show room they given one duplicate sim.It’s also not working.
06.10.2018 I contacted customer service they said it’s not a sim issue. It’s a payment issue . Ok I agree it’s my fault 06.10.2018 afternoon I paid 1310 rs. Again I visited show room they said it’s not a payment issue your sim had some problems.The given a commitment 06.10.2018 Today we will rectify. My complaint No is87988099.
What my question is
1, I have a credit limit then why you block my network without my knowledge.
2, Maybe it’s sim issue then Why you are taking more than 24 hours.
3, I am facing lot of problems at my company side as well as my distributors side who will take care of my problem.
4, Where I am done wrong.
5, Now I hve a two sim which sim I need to insert my phone.
I am totally disappointed. Kindly help me to solve this issue. Mt alternative no is 9600807123.
