Sir/ Madam,
With utmost respect, I would like to inform you that my name is Mohd Ishraque Ahmed Advocate and I am a resident of Village Kolgaon. I hold 9416906786 having sim No. 89918580400049467696 which was ported out Voadafone to Jio . At the time of PORT I submitted all relevant with online KYC. But suddenly my number was stopped yesterday without any prior intimation. Being as an advocate I have been facing a lot of problems since my number stopped. I visited JIO store but they gave me excuse by saying that “your number seems to be no recorded in our database” and said I might have issue with my documentation. While I have done all mandatory formalities at the time of port. If there was any deficiency you should have sent me intimation to complete KYC. Deactivate my number without intimation is unfair trade practice and violation of my rights as a customer.
Today i.e. 10/03/2023 kindly activate my number so that I can avoid my upcoming losses and meanwhile I will complete my KYC as per company guidelines. Failing which I will take this matter to consumer court by claiming financial and mentally damages.
