More than 10 years old sim got suspended by VI without prior notification.. Several time calling them , mailing but they are not resuming my service. As it is very old number and official commnucination done through this number. last for days I am in big truble. they offering me to replace the old sim with new sim, after providing me new sim I am facing this problem.
