Sir/Ma’am,
I had been using Airtel mobile number for the last 20 years. But unfortunately on the 7th of May, I was hospitalized and my Airtel number stopped working. Three times I have met and requested Airtel center Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad to provide me with a new SIM.
But they have given me a very shocking news that this SIM is not registered with my name. So they are not ready to provide me with a new SIM. According to Airtel data, this SIM belongs to some Mr. Rajiv with the age group of 20-22 years, but I am using this number since 20 years.
Now a logical question is- was this SIM provided to Mr. Rajiv as a birth gift? Because I have been told that this SIM belongs to Mr. Rajiv of the age group 20-22 years.
This number is the registered number for my GST returns, income tax returns, bank accounts, electricity bill, LPG connection and all. If you want, I can provide all the information to your office.
Please understand my situation as I don’t want to lose my number. Please resolve this issue on the urgent basis.
