Dear Sir,

I have been a registered user of the mobile no 9831094501 for the last 15 years (apprx.). My sim card was blocked from 27.11.2023 by Jharkhand police as per JIO service centre communication.

I visited my nearest JIO store to know the reason why my sim is not working?
From the JIO store I got the information that due to cyber fraud you have blocked my sim from 27.11.2023.

From 28.11.2023 to 29.11.2023 I was hospitalised and after returning I am facing the sim card problem.

This sim card no is my very old and is registered in all the places like BNAK,PAN, Insurance Policy, Medical Insurance etc.

I am really worried about what type of fraud has been made and if banking how much amount I have lost because I didn’t receive any BANKING Transaction Message.

I am sharing my alternate no with my other communication detail.
