My name is Manoranjan Mohanty, I have an issue with my airtel sim. It was a verification needed. But the airtel nearest store they have not verified my documents. So that my sim now showing not valid. I visited 3 airtel stores that are not resolved my issue says only we cannot activate your sim and their behavior was so bad. But Airtel customer service says that you can do this verification in the airtel store.
I don’t what can I do, and I already recharged my sim and my airtel payment bank also linked this number.
Please help me with this
