My airtel discard has been suspended without warning or reason

I am using VI Sim for more than 10 years.. Withour prior notice my sim got suspended by VI from 15th April-23
Many time calling them, sending mail but they are not resuming my service.
This old number is linked with my all bank account and aadhar card. Suffering badly.
