Hi I m karthik I have placed a my first order on 21/07/23 the order id is 406-5224156-1743502
And the order canceled by delivery guy I called up the delivery guy for the order saying that u have my order so wer r u now he saidthat he was at juhu and I told him to delivery the parcel to juhu and that guy canceled my parcel then I had made a chat with one of ur executive to sole the the problembut they haven’t solved my problem again I placed a order on 24/07/23 the order ID 406-8552000-0305100 which should deleverd on 27/07/23 and I dint recived a call from delivery partner and he canceled my order and I have chat with ur executive but the gave time of 72 hrs and personally request them that I need the product but they also are unable to face my solution and todayin the morning I call the coustmer care they put my call on hold for 30 min but no reply and the call got disconnected
