Text of Complaint by Arleen Gonzalez:

I bought from amazon a saddle for my horse with other stuff. The seller send it fine. My problem is the delivery method. DHL Express, says it came June 10th and because they could not find my house they sent it back. They had my phone number wrong, never called me to verify address, i found out three days after because of tracking my package. Was promised yesterday nothing, promised today is 7:05pm and nothing again. I said I would pick it up and no one knows where is my package.  No organization, no promptness, no regards for the customer. I asked for the driver to give me a call for delivery instructions, the answer was I cannot promise that.  DHL Express is the worst I recommend not to use it ever again if you don’t want customers complaining.
