Text of Complaint by Asif Khan:

I have discontinue the connection and I have submitted the Modem to Excitel partner office, which has been confirmed by Excitel, Now It’s over 5 months but my Security Deposit not yet refunded by Excitel. I called many times to customer care, Raised many ticket communicated with Team Lead, but nothing happened.
