i removed excitel connection 11 moths ago and they took the router in the next day or the day after tomorrow and after that they told us that it will be 3 months for the procedure of the refund to initiate so we waited and 3 months later we got a text which said your security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days and we waited it had been a month since we got the 10 days text after that we complained so many times and they always says this “we have raised your complaint on higher priority be rest assured” every single time and i also raised a complaint today to and got the same thing again please i need help to get my money back
