I have an Savings account in State Bank of India, Anantapur branch (0806). Today in the morning I received an SMS that they are blocking my Yono SBI if I do not update my PAN Card. I just opened the link they have given & authenticated two OTPs. The moment after authorisation, he called me & said that your account has been debited with ₹ 20000. We will refund you if authenticate one more OTP. Then I got doubt & stopped speaking to him. I thought it as fraud & blocked my ATM card & upi payments. I also changed my internet password also. I also lodged complaint with State Bank of India. They asked to complaint to you also. Please help me to recover the amount of Rs. 20,000/-.
