I have been using a Kotak salary account for the last 4 years onwards .Last 2 months onwards my salary & other transactions are kept holding due to consumer loans.my loans are also paying on time but they are kept hold. When i contact the bank manager they are answer me please change salary account to another bank . These holded amounts will not be released. We are helpless. They replied like that.2months onwards i am visiting the bank and contact the bank employees but they have not solved my problem
