My RO is not working and inspite of AMC no service engineer appointed from last 4 days neither any deadline to resolve the complaint

Text of Complaint by Deepika w/o Vikas Adlakha:

I have RO Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV+MTDS and my Customer ID is 1015400309 and having Gold AMC , purchased in Udaipur and current residence is also same.
I have raised complaint that RO is not working on 11th Nov’23 with complaint no CM-111123-21214834
then on 13th Nov’23 with Complaint no CM-111123-21215400 , i have also made call to customer care on 13th 11:31am then 14th 10:03 am , 1:38pm . Escalation of call has been done on 12th and 13th Nov’23 whereas neither any service engineer has been assigned nor received any call back. during my last call @13th Nov’23 at 1:38pm , after waiting for 30 mins in the call , i received the number of service agency at Udaipur and made 3 calls to them then they said we don’t have part needed for your RO Service and we don’t know when the part will come therefore we can’t help you.
Purchasing such costly RO and already paid additional 66% (in AMC in 2 year ) of RO cost and now i have to purchase water from market and drink.
