Text of Complaint by Samayita:

I placed a return of a dress 1150/-. The delivery partner picked up the product giving me the acknowledgement slip but my app shows pickup fail and but I still can track the product which means it’s been picked up and got no refund . Tried to call the customer care but they were so confused that they couldn’t tell me the status or what should I do next. I even sent emails but no results . Really unexpected .
