My return product was cancelled and didn’t get my refund

Text of Complaint by Indushree Biswas:

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on messho, I had ordered women trendy combo jeans (pack of two) tracking I’d was 3235871361,order no-924861786805..I requested for exchange (for fitting issue)on 11th October , tracking I’d was R655238282FPL.

Then on exchange i received only 1 jeans instead of 2, on 17october 2023,at 4.14 pm, so I immediately return the product on 17october, 2023 at 4.17..But the guy from the shadow fax courier service next day denied to take my return product and cancelled my return., so I contacted with meesho help centre on 19 oct at 2.24 pm, to solve my problem, but instead of helping me I am only getting denial.

After the courier service denied to take my return product , I tried to return again the product by messho app on 18 oct 2023 At 3 pm, but again the courier service denied to took my return product second time, so I contacted meesho customer care service again on 19 oct at 12.26 pn, but again instead of helping me they say they can’t help me with this problem.i believed that the response is unfair.

So if you please help me out on this issue, and how can I return this product and received my refund I will be benefited .
