I had requested a return of the item longwalk women fashion casual boot of the pick up id 624047115345 on 27.08.2021. I told the agent to take it up at 6:30 pm on that day or the next day. He said he would come the next day but never came back. The Amazon customer service is saying they would collect it on the next working day. But so many working days have passed.
