Hello Sir/Mam
I am Utpal Narayan. I had bought a sofa on 22 September 2022 and got it delivered by 9th October 2022.
Since the sofa delivered to me is damaged, so I immediately requested for the replacement.So after that I got a mail that it will get resolved by 12 September 2022. Now it is 23 October I still have that damage product at my home as it is, two times a technician has visited my place to check the damage but still I am misguided by the team and always they give me a time or date to wait but still I am suffering.
Since I am doctor by profession so I am a lot more important works to do.
So kindly look into the matter and help me out.
