My issue is , whatever the bill payments i have made is being wrongly credited to the account number: 7038742818 instead of my actual account number of 7038848292
This is happening every month and i use to followup with their customer care about my payments and they have not rectified this issue permanently instead they use to disconnect my connection due to the non-payment every month.
i have made requests reference numbers: 119415536 & 119630250 but they are closing this requests and every time i need to reopening the same.
I request to resolve the below issues:-
a) Whatever the amount showing excess against the account number 7038742818 should be transfer to my account number 7038848292.
b) Resolve this issue permanently.
