Redmi 5A mobile was purchased online on 1st October. It was a mobile problem. Battery and overheating were returned. Same problem in other mobiles i.e. request for replacement was sent but my request was canceled and technician not visited my house. Didn’t come for. There was a visit on October 24 and the technician’s name was Moin Khan. No call or message came. And I was rejected. What should I do ??Very poor service service of fliplkart . Customer not satisfied.
