I am apoorva verma.i m jio fiber customer.due to my transfer i dissconeect my connection and ask to refund my security but last 5 months no one is listen my complaint.i talk to customer care for 1000 times even i mail at jio.applete but no response.even the executives are talking badly and bo responce they are gaving.
5 months is a long time period and they sais wait for 1 or 3 days v resolve your problem but no problem was solver.
