I have booked flight on 24nov.2020 from New Delhi to Guwahati for 16 dec.2020 but due to reschedule of my flight by airline I have cancelled my flight .Now My refund of flight booking has to come back from indigo airline to Travolook sight but they don’t refund or send me my money back when I call in customer service of Travolook they only said that within one week we will refund you back but today 6 Months after they always have to say that these words only we will refund you in a week.
