I have booked a flight in VISTARA (PNR number : VE7KKG) on March 1,2023 for the travel on 24th March 2023. But later due to my personal reason, i have cancelled the ticket and asked for the refund. I have paid the ticket fare in two different personal accounts, but the same Bank. I have received my refund on one account with 30% of the total refund, but still the major 70% of my money was stuck in the VISTARA and i’ve regularly connecting with them and asking for the update of my refund and it’s been 5months now, still i got no response from the VISTARA team. Im sincerely facing many issues because this money.
