I made a payment on dhani app of Rs.353 ON 06.01.2022, but it debited from my account and payment not successful. I request refund to dhani & they agree to do the refund back in my account in 7-14 working days. but today its been 1.5 month later my payment still not refunded by dhani app. I called & mail them, provide all the necessary information. but they do not take serious action. for your assistance I provide you my bank statement from 6-jan to 15-feb. please help me to take my money back. I am a student and work part time for my study. every penny is very important to me. please do the needful and bring back my money to me with FAIR COMPENSATION for the problem face by me.
