Sir,

I have ordered Mi earplugs from Amazon on 6th sep 2020 but after receiving it when I open it it’s not working then I call customer care they say we replace your order then delivery boy deliver my replacement order and take product back then the product i received is ok but earplugs are not fitting properly in my ears. Then I request for refund. Pickup boy came for pickup I packed the product but they want the open packet pickup then I open the packet in front of him and handover to him.
Now why my refund is not processed and customer care executive is saying no refund to be process due to used and
Old product received.
Please tell me what is customer fault that I don’t have the product and don’t have the refund amount.
Then day before yesterday and yesterday I call customer care again and executives are making me fool that we have initiate your refund from our end.
Why you have pickup facility for open packet?
I don’t know who change the product. Why I suffer too much with this problem, in which I don’t have any fault.
