My Refund not given by GTPL broadband service since last 22 days.

On 21 September 2022 I had paid Rs 6095.00 online through your salesperson Mr. Jigneshbhai Chatbar of Rajkot for a GTPL Broadband connection for a 60mbps plan. But even though GTPL Broadband is not available in my bidding I paid Rs 6095 and connection was also not provided when I inquired When it was done, they kept saying that it would come in a day or two. When I did not get a satisfactory answer, I called the GTPL customer service, and your executive said that you paid 6095 rupees on 20th, but you can’t get the connection there, if not on 21st September. . The process for the refund should be done. When I told this to your GTPL Rajkot sales person Jigneshbhai Chatbar(+91 635 39 57 020), he said yes! You may not get a connection there. Now when I spoke for a refund, Jigneshbhai Chatbar (+91 63 53 95 70 20) was not picking up my call and not even replying to my message.

Such an attitude of your salesperson is not fair and irresponsible for GTPL Rajkot. If they can’t give me a connection then I should get my refund in 2 to 5 days.

So please let me know whether my refund is being processed or not, and if so, where it is reached.

I complained about the refund of my broadband. In response to this, I received a mail from us saying that the process for NEFT or RTGS is going on, but I have not received my refund yet. So through which method you have processed my refund? Please provide me with Its ID or any other proof.

I checked in the bank and found that the money is transferred to NEFT or RTGS within a day.

The annoying pace I am being given by GTPL and its salesperson is not right.

My money is stuck from 20 September 2022.
As far as I know, no company takes more than 5 to 7 days at most for a refund.

I am complaining to our salesperson and customer care of GTPL.
