Dear sir mene 1 boat ka bluetooth online magaya tha jiska price Tha Rs999 cash on delivery par tha jo Date 13-12-2022 ko order kiya tha us product ko online karte time mene Rs6.27 Rone wallet se kata diye aur Rs0.73 round of cutt and total amount Rs992 cash on delivery time pay and product delevery my home date 18-12-2022 ko aur mene use khola dekha aur use on kiya but wo blutooth on nahi hua uske baad mene use 2 minut charge me lagaya but wo phir bhi on nhi hua isliye mene uski ek reqest daali jo mujhe mere jiomart wallet me reject dikhi phir mene costumer se baat ki unhone bola return ho jayega uske baad mera product 29-12-2022 ko delevery man ne call kiya tha ki apka product return karna hai mene unhe wo product return kar diya uske baad mene jio mart ke costumer ko call kiya usne mujhe 7days ke ander refund ki bola tha mene 7 din wait karne ke baad mera refund nahi aaya to phir mene costumer ko call kiya costumer ne phir se 13-01-2023 ko pakka aa jayega esa bola jab 13 tarikh ko mera refund nahi aaya to mene phir costumer ko call kiya unhone phir 16-01-2023 ki bol ki jab mene 16 tarikh tk wait karne ke baad mera refund nahi aaya to mene phir se costumer ko call kiya phir unhone end of day refund 22-01-2023 ki bol dee but uske baad bhi mera refund amount mere account and wallet me knhi par bhi nahi aya aur company ne mere saath fraud kiya he jiski mere pass call recording he please help me sir please ??????
